We collect as little as we can get away with, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Here is exactly what this website does with your information.
Who we are, and what this covers
Adal Zisper Studio is an independent video editing and AI video studio. This policy explains what personal information this website collects when you use it, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
It covers this website only. Client work — footage, project files, invoices and everything agreed during a project — is governed by the contract we sign with you.
Information we collect
We only hold what we need to reply to you and to keep the site secure.
- Enquiry details you send us — your name, e-mail address, the project type and budget range you select, and your message.
- Enquiry metadata — the page you came from (referrer) and the time of submission, stored alongside the enquiry so we know which page brought you in.
- Server logs — our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
- Studio account details — only studio staff can sign in to the private admin area. Supabase Auth stores the staff e-mail address and a hashed password, and a session cookie keeps that sign-in alive.
The site has no visitor accounts, no online payments, no advertising pixels and no analytics or tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of you, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and talk through the project.
- To keep a record of who contacted us and what was agreed.
- To keep the website, the contact form and the admin area secure — spam prevention (a hidden honeypot field), rate limiting and abuse detection.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
When you press send on the contact form you consent to us using those details to answer you. Everything else rests on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the studio. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Where your information is processed
The studio works remotely with clients worldwide, and our providers run infrastructure in several regions, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place — for example the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — and we only use providers that offer a lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries — up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
- Server logs — up to 30 days, after which the host rotates them out.
- Studio accounts — for as long as the account exists, and deleted when a team member leaves.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time — see your rights below. We may keep the minimum we need to satisfy tax and accounting rules.
How we keep it safe
- HTTPS everywhere, with secure cookies forced on HTTPS.
- Your enquiry is unreadable to the public internet: row-level security is enabled on the database and only the server-side secret key can reach the leads table.
- Admin access is limited to an allow-list of studio e-mail addresses, with server-side sessions, CSRF protection on every write and a five-attempt sign-in limit.
- Uploaded media is validated by file extension and is never executed as code.
No system is perfect. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your enquiry and any details that came with it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent you previously gave us;
- send your information to you or another provider in a portable format.

Children
This website and our services are aimed at businesses and creators, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, e-mail us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site rather than slipped in quietly.
